Perhaps

Just when I stand tall
chasing the northern light beyond the horizon,
the sun rises miraculously erasing the colours
and my naive soul turns miserable again.

It’s not just another coincidence,
it’s the cruel rhythm of my life
I always tried my best to catch the firefly
yet some cosmic interference always brings out the sunshine.

But I will never give up,
untill that light over the ridge strikes my eyes
I will touch the tip of the jewels
whether it happens today, tomorrow or someday later.

Life is meant to be full of sufferings
sometimes its even worse
Maybe I won’t be the chosen victim
perhaps fate will spare me next time,
Who knows?

Between the Silence

Once upon a time I used to be happy
I used to be sad
I used to have feelings
I used to suffocate.

But now its all gone
nothing new or old to rely on.
A numb, sore entity
to pass these days and nights along.

What am I supposed to write?
What am i supposed to tell?
A quiet sombre story
instead of a doomed novel?

Or a cruel pathetic tour
about what the reality is, what’s on hold.
What’s next to burn out
the tired little soul?

Is this the outburst or even if there’s more?
What’s the point behind all of this
if its already been told?

How many more days to wait?
When will it be our evening?
Failed to find you one more time
even after the revolt was fulfilled.

Maybe this is the last time
twilight of a gray saga.
My soul forbids my heart to wait
yet for you, I may never give up.

Our shadows have never met
not even for a while, never had that luck.
Can we walk beneath the city lights,
keeping our souls aligned?

I will pay for the mistakes
for a few more days or beyond time.
How many more days to wait,
until I lose you forever?

Dream within dream awaits 
Dream after dream decays.

Wounds hidden in forgotten cries
ban on falling asleep remained intact
desperation is a nightmare 
but serene hope rains down the battle

New dreams are woven into old memories 
when reality wraps up the ending 
like sun falls in the closed sky 
as the careless sea crumbles on the concrete

Illusion continues shining the sky of mind
glitters the harmony of love 
a game of light and darkness begins
life startles with new colours

Nightmare startles

Silent night screams heaven belongs here 
Sound of violet fear goes past the nightmare

Night of the living dead 
rumbling throughout the dark 
blind creator humming the melody
keep your eyes wide shut

The devil comes at night
on every sacred ground
fear the whispers of night
as it doesn’t leave anyone inside out.

Night’s a lonely maze in the land of saint and sinners
Everyone’s both till death rips apart

Chasing insanity is a hard fight
like raving alone in darkness
the wrath within the saints waking up
wicked tales of fear excels

Something in the long dark trail
designs the final countdown
grey curse of hollow spirits
manifested the reign of chaos.

Get away if you can look both ways
Or else get banished in the night of red end.

I am alive again
don’t write me off anytime soon
I am alive again
with the glimpse of truth

I am alive again
with my soul trembling dark
like a water drop
resonating all around the firth.

Its good to be on the hook
like dangling in the sky
worth a lot of remorse
but its great to be alive

Life happens anytime sooner or later
nothing similar with the books
It’s lucky to be alive
though fate maybe up against your will.

REALITY

Everything is unpredictable in this fragile world
Love, life, death anything can happen anytime

Everyone has his own side of story
which no one knows or understands right

So be kind to people try to spread love
bring up your helping hand and be an acolyte

Life is beautiful or can be cruel at times
No guarantee what’s coming next
what’s you gonna suffer

Maybe this is the right way
beauty of life
In this petit world
who’s eternal
who’s mine?
